ou can save cash buying those giant bottles of Pace Picante sauce from Costco versus the tiny expensive ones from a grocery store. But what if you can't stand Pace because of the chunks? Or maybe you just prefer fresh salsa versus bottled. Here's a quick solution.

Before

Pour the Pace into a blender and pulse for a few seconds.

Mixup

You get a batch of salsa a lot like your local mexican restaurant's. The mixer blends the ingredients, smoothes out the texture, and amps up the flavor.

After

To store, return the salsa to the original bottle.

Tip: Use a funnel to get the salsa back in the bottle. It can get a little messy.
